Shipment Terms

All unit prices listed by Commonlands are Exworks. All shipment fees, including delivery, customs, and duty charges are not included in the unit prices. These fees are paid by you and are not be subject to discount unless otherwise stated.

Shipment Prices

The shipping rates shown on our websites are calculated directly from the shipping providers. If you would prefer to remove shipping costs, please contact us to provide your shipping account number. The costs will be billed to your account.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Delivery Lead-Time

Our shipping cut-off time is 12PM Pacific Time for Fedex, UPS, and USPS.

DHL - All first time shipments take 24-36 hours for pickup due to the account approval process.

If orders are placed after these cut-off times, we will do our best to get the shipment out on the same day, however, no guarantee is made.

The dates listed on our shipping website are estimates provided directly by the shipping carriers. Unfortunately, we have no control over their shipment times after we give them the package. So, please understand that any date of delivery is only an estimate and we have no liability for late or partial deliveries as a result of your selected shipping method.

Taxes

We collect sales tax on shipments to CA addresses, unless a signed official state sales tax exemption certificate is provided with the order. Purchasers outside CA are responsible for their state or local sales/use tax, if any, and any other taxes payable by reason of this transaction.                                                         

International Orders:   Purchaser is responsible for all US and/or any other country customs charges.       

Packaging & Product Damage

Delivery will be deemed complete and risk of loss or damage to the Products will pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Unless Commonlands and you specifically agree otherwise in writing, all shipments are packaged and shipped via methods selected by Commonlands. If you would like to include insurance on the shipment, please contact Commonlands.
