35mm C-Mount lens for up to 20MP 1.1" cameras such as IMX531

The CIL545 is a 35mm C-mount lens for 1.1" sensors at up to 20MP with 2.74μm pixel pitch. The Sony IMX531 is the main target sensor. The iris adjusts from F/2.8 to F/16, and the finite conjugate optimization keeps the image sharp from 200mm to infinity. This is the 35mm option to use when the system needs high resolution and still has to work close.

The CIL545 gives you a 28° field across the 17.6mm image circle. Distortion measures -0.07% from rectilinear at minimum object distance, which is low enough that gauging, OCR, and alignment systems can often remove distortion correction from the pipeline entirely. That matters because correction costs compute time and adds one more failure point.

The lens uses an all-glass design and weighs 125g, and the front takes M35.5x0.5 filters. The finite conjugate optimization is the real differentiator here. Many 35mm C-mount lenses look fine at infinity and soften badly below 500mm. The CIL545 stays sharp down to 200mm, which opens up tabletop inspection, microscopy relay, and close-range QC work. The standard C-mount interface lets the lens mount directly to cameras from FLIR, Basler, Lucid Vision, Allied Vision, and similar manufacturers that run 1.1" sensors. If you need more area coverage on the same format, you should step down to the CIL514 at 25mm or the CIL508 at 8mm.
