AR1223 is an onsemi 1/1.7" rolling-shutter CMOS image sensor from the Hyperlux LH family, designed for automotive imaging with NIR response. It delivers 4096x3046 (12.5 MP) on 2 um pixels across a 10.21mm diagonal at up to 60 fps over MIPI CSI-2, in color or mono.
